What it does in ClientPulse: Pulls project pages, meeting notes, and SOWs from Notion into the client vault — so the context your team is writing in Notion shows up alongside email / calendar / Zoom signals in CP.
Status: Coming soon. Tell us this is a deal-breaker for you (support@helloaurora.ai) and we'll prioritise the rollout.
Tier: Likely Pro+ when shipped.
Per-agency: One Notion workspace per CP workspace.
Before you start (prerequisites)
- Account requirement: A Notion workspace where your team is actually writing things. Free tier works.
- You need workspace admin to install integrations and pick which pages/databases ClientPulse can see — Notion's permission model is page-by-page, so admins do the install but each teammate can grant CP access to their own pages too.
- Cost: Notion Free tier is enough for small teams. Plus starts at $10/user/month — see https://www.notion.com/pricing.
Step-by-step setup
Setup steps will appear here once Notion ships. The flow will look like:
1. In ClientPulse, click Connect Notion on
/dashboard/integrations.2. You'll be sent to https://api.notion.com/v1/oauth/authorize.
3. Pick which Notion workspace to connect.
4. Pick which pages or databases ClientPulse can read. This is the Notion-specific step — by default Notion integrations have no access to anything; you explicitly grant page-by-page (or pick a parent database and grant all children).
5. Notion redirects you back to
/dashboard/integrationswith the connection live.
What you'll be able to do with it once connected
- See Notion pages tagged or named after a client surface on that client's timeline.
- Get notified when client-related Notion pages change.
- Auto-pull SOWs / proposals written in Notion into the client vault for record-keeping.
Common pitfalls (anticipated)
- Pitfall: Connected but ClientPulse "doesn't see" any pages. Fix: Notion access is page-scoped. You probably forgot to grant CP access to a parent page or database during install. Re-open the integration setup in Notion and add pages to the access list.
- Pitfall: Notion's free tier blocks API access in some cases. Fix: As of late 2025 Notion still allows internal-integration API access on the free tier; this may change. If you hit a paywall, upgrade to Plus.
- Pitfall: Two teammates with different Notion accounts see different pages in CP. Fix: Notion integrations are workspace-level once installed — what CP sees is the union of pages anyone in the workspace has shared with it. There's no per-user filtering.
Restrictions (anticipated)
- One Notion workspace per CP workspace.
- ClientPulse reads page content, but does not write to Notion (read-only by default; we may add write-back later).
- Page-by-page permissions mean CP only sees what you've explicitly shared — this is a Notion design choice, not a CP limit.
Status — what's blocking this
Notion is on the roadmap and likely ships before HubSpot, because more agencies have asked for it. If Notion is a must-have for your agency, email support@helloaurora.ai — every request moves it up.
