What it does in ClientPulse: Reads your Pipedrive pipeline to flag stalled deal stages, slowing deal velocity, declining contact engagement, and aging pipeline — so a cooling client relationship shows up as a churn signal. CRM parity with HubSpot, for teams that run on Pipedrive. Status: Coming soon. The catalog card and signal definitions exist, but there is no automated connection yet. Before you start (prerequisites)

  • Account requirement: A Pipedrive account on any plan with API access (all paid tiers include it).
  • You'll need admin access to authorise the connection and grant read scopes.
  • Cost: Pipedrive plans start around $14/user/month — see https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing. Free on ClientPulse's side.

Step-by-step setup

Setup steps will appear here once Pipedrive ships. The flow will mirror the other OAuth integrations:

1. In ClientPulse, click Connect Pipedrive on /dashboard/integrations/sources.

2. You'll be sent to Pipedrive's authorization screen. Sign in with your admin account.

3. Review and accept the requested read scopes (deals, persons, activities).

4. Pipedrive redirects you back to the Sources page with the connection live.

What you'll be able to do with it once connected

  • See "pipeline stage stalled" and "deal velocity slowing" signals per client.
  • Catch declining contact engagement before a deal goes cold.
  • Fold CRM health into the overall churn score alongside email and billing signals.

Common pitfalls (anticipated)

  • Pitfall: Deals not matching to clients in ClientPulse. Fix: ClientPulse will match Pipedrive organisations to clients; you'll be able to link any that don't auto-match from the client detail page.
  • Pitfall: Connecting a personal Pipedrive rather than the company account. Fix: Use the company account that holds your client pipeline.

Restrictions (anticipated)

  • Read-only. ClientPulse will not create or edit deals, contacts, or activities.
  • One Pipedrive company per ClientPulse workspace.

Status — what's blocking this

Pipedrive is on the roadmap behind HubSpot (which more agencies asked for first). If it's a must-have for your team, email support@helloaurora.ai — every request moves it up the queue.
